Your first visit is approximately 60 minutes and involves learning about foods and medicine.   You will also be seen and evaluated by Dr. Simonds and one of our medical providers.   Follow ups occur monthly and take only about 20 minutes.   Medicines are re-stocked at each visit for one month at a time.   Patients can always come by the office to weigh any time it is open and there is no charge for this.

NEW PATIENTS: Please download and complete these forms prior to coming to the first appointment so that we may see you promptly when you arrive. Patients unable to complete these forms in advance should arrive 30 minutes early to take time to fill out the forms before the appointment. You can download it here.
